Passing the bubble doesn’t provoke the same stampede to the cage as it might in a bigger-field tournament, but nevertheless action has been quick and definitive now that the money has been reached, and in just a few minutes, 7 more players have been eliminated, a table has been closed, and two tables have had players moved to keep things balanced. Right now, a second table is being closed and play will continue on 3 tables.
There’s still a long way to go in the event tonight – but the players haven’t significantly tightened up, at least not in such a way that the structure could be threatened or anything like that.
