After more than a level of play stuck at 11 players remaining, Daniel Soussan has been eliminated. During the long passage of play, many chip stacks were equalized and some of the shorter stacks moved nearer to the average as there were quite a few doubles during this period.

Jean-François Langevin has been one of the shorter stacks for some time, and has open shoved in position at least 3-4 times on his button, and this time he found a call from Daniel, directly to the left of Jean-François.

Jean-François: Queen of Diamonds 10 of Hearts
Daniel: Ace of Clubs 8 of Clubs

The flop was safe for the Ace-high, but the turn 10 of Spades was the very definition of unsafe – and there was no relief on the fiver 6 of Diamonds. When the dealer counted down the stacks, it became apparent that Daniel was covered and he hit the rail in 11th place.

Next to go were Dominic Coulibaly in 10th place, and Domenico Agatiello in 9th – and it seems like the dam may have burst.
