The final tally of entries in Day 1e is 53, meaning that this flight will play down to just 6 players remaining before play wraps up and the remaining players bag up their chips to return on Day 2. That total also means that there were a grand total of 751 entries across the first 5 starting flights of the 5-Year Anniversary event.

Here are a few photos from Day 1e, the final turbo flight of the 5 that ran today in the 5-Year Extravaganza. Registration in the event is up to 50 players. Registration will close in about 20 minutes so although a few more players may join in, this is pretty close to the final tally for the flight.
The final starting flight of today’s 5 that are being played has just gotten underway. This flight is a turbo version of the same structure – meaning that blinds are just 15 minutes long all the way through until just 10% of the field remains.
Action began just a few minutes ago but so far there are just 33 players at the tables – one of the more interesting pre-event questions was how many runners these turbo flights would attract.
