With 3 players remaining, the players decided to each secure a $720 payout and pay $553 to first place. Action was very quick after the agreement was reached, and Glenn Sauve was the player to be eliminated in 3rd place.

Julien Boulerice has been eliminated in 4th place in the Big Ante tournament. Julien was one of the two shorter stacks coming out of the last break, but although there hadn’t been an elimination in a while, chips have nevertheless been moving around the table quite a bit, and Julien had recently ranged from the short stack to 2nd in chips.

Just 4 players remain in the Big Ante tournament and at this point, Stephen Langlois has a solid lead on the field – but in a short-handed game when the small stacks have just over 10bb, anything can happen!

Although he was the massive chip leader for most of the tournament, once the final table was reached Steeven Jacques had a reversal of fortunes and he has been eliminated in 5th place.

The first two players in the money have been eliminated, as Dwayne Langelaan and Malibu have both hit the rail for $140 and $210 respectively. 5 players remain in the action in level 15.

The Big Ante players are on a break while tournament staff removes the T25 chips from play, but there are just 23 remaining of the 65 who started the day – which is to say there has been a blisteringly fast pace in the tourney.

Part of the reason is that one player has already accumulated over 233K in chips – approximately 1/4 of the total in play. Steven Jacques is the current chip leader, and no one else in the tournament is even close.
