Already 5 flights have come and gone for this The $250 Frenzy of the Playground Poker Fall Classic, meaning only 1 more flight remains before this tournament moves on to Day 2. So far we’ve seen total of 1,098 entries combined through the first 5 starting flights, thus already surpassing the $200,000 guarantee boasted by Playground!
Tonight is the last chance to participate in what is turning out to be a massive Event 3. Our tournament director has just announced the traditional “Shuffle up and deal!”, and action is underway, but it’s not too late to register.
So far we have 204 players already seated at the tables, but late registration will remain open through until the end of the first break, closing at 9:45pm. Day 1D of The $250 Frenzy is midway through level 13, meaning only 45 minutes remain before the surviving players bag their chips onto Day 2.
This has been the biggest of the flights so far, however we are expecting tomorrow’s 2 last flights to attract a handful of players once again. Anyone wishing to participate can play join in the 11am flight or the 7:30pm flight, or even both if they so choose!
Once Day 1D has wrapped up, and players have bagged their chips, we will publish the full list of player-reported chip counts.

The players are off their second break of the night, and will play 5 more 30-minute levels before calling it a night and bagging their chips. A few players have breached the 100,000 mark, however it is a very tight race up top, with the top 5 stacks all within 10 blinds of each other.

Day 1D of The $250 Frenzy has just entered level 7, and although no one has really jumped far ahead of the field, many players are hovering in the double-average range in chip stacks. We should start seeing a few players pull ahead of the field in the orbits to come.

The $250 Frenzy is up to 781 total entries after 4 flights, as tonight’s Day 1D attracted 231 players. Two more flights remain, with Day 1E at 11am tomorrow, and Day 1F at 7:30pm. All the players who finished a flight with chips will return on Monday night at 7:00pm for Day 2.

Level 3 has just finished here in Day 1D of The $250 Frenzy, and it has been the most popular of the flights to date in this event. Already 220 players have taken their seats, and registration is still open for another 45 minutes.

The fourth flight of The $250 Frenzy is now on, and it’s not too late to join in the action. Late registration is open for the first four levels through until the end of the break, and will close at 9:45pm.
170 players are already at their seats, but you can show up late, no one has called time yet.
Event 3 of the Playground Poker Fall Classic, presented by Partypoker.net, is a $250 re-entry tournament with 6 starting flights which boasts a guarantee of $200,000.
Three of the six flights have already taken place, culminating to 550 total entries so far, meaning we are likely to see over 1,000 entries total for this increasingly popular side event.
The tournament director has recently announced the start of the tournament, and with that action is well underway. 156 players have already taken their seats, and late registration will remain open for another 2 hours (until 9:45pm).
