Event 12 of The Playground Poker Fall Classic is a 1-day $1,000 + $100 NL Hold’em tournament that began on November 17th.
There were a total of 153 entries in the event which adds up a total prize pool of $148,410.00. This prize pool will be distributed according to the following payout chart.

After five 90-minutes levels of play, Day 3 of the WPT Montreal has come to a close. Of the 63 players that made it to Day 3 today, only 16 were left to bag their chips onto Day 4.
Leading the way into Day 4 is Trevor Delaney, who built his stack from 968,000 to over 3.285 million over the course of the day. Second in chips is Craig Stewart, who ended his day with 2.425 million in chips, while Brian Altman ended 3rd in chips with 1.965 million.
Full chip counts of all 16 players will be published very shortly.
Day 4 is scheduled for noon tomorrow, Wednesday November 18th, and will continue until the official final table of 6 players has been reached. There will not be a redraw to start the day, and players will have the same seating assignments as at the end of this Day 3. The final table will begin on Thursday at 4pm, and will be a full televised event hosted by Mike Sexton and Vince Van Patten. There will be a WPT stage set-up, along with seating for spectators, and anyone and everyone is welcome to come and rail what will surely be an exciting WPT Montreal 2015 final table!

The 16 players remaining at the end of Day 3:
With only 22 players left in Event 12, the money bubble is fast approaching. 18 players are scheduled to be paid, and with 4 more eliminations we will be in the money.
Stacks are quite even in the field, as not many players are short-stacked, and not many are big-stacked. The exception to this is Zheng-Yi Xie, who has built a stack of nearly 400,000, good for the chip lead, and nearly 150,000 ahead of any other player.
Behram Antia has chipped his way into the lead in the last few levels, as he sits on the current top stack of 264,000 as play enters level 17. Here are the top 4 stacks at the moment:

If you’ve been hanging around the tournament hall here at Playground Poker Club in the past two days, you may have heard the now famous line by Tony “GameBoy” To – “GameBoy is Back!”.
Well, this time, “GameBoy” really is back! After losing a huge pot worth ~1.1 million a few orbits ago to table opponent Craig Stewart, Tony was left with only 9,000 in chips, which was not even enough to post a small blind, and only 3 times the ante at the time. After a few successful double-ups, he quickly found himself north of 300,000.
Just before the tournament went on break moments ago, Tony was facing a raise from Kyle Bowker and a 3bet from Trevor Delaney when he decided to move his 306,000 stack in from the small blind. Kyle then announced his all-in, and Trevor backed out of the hand.

Tony smashed the 
board to score more than a double up, exclaiming “Game Boy is back!”, triggering a laugh from the crowd gathered around the table. He now sits on 740,000 going into level 24, as Kyle was crippled to 1 big blind.
Tony is on the run for his second victory in this Playground Poker Fall Classic, as he took down Event 5 – $1,000 + $100 Deepstack – a few days ago for $46,180.

Day 2 of the WPT Montreal is a wrap, and 63 players have survived through 19 levels of play over 2 days to bag chips for Day 3. The money-bubble burst near the end of the day, and with it came a slew of eliminations before time ran out for Day 2.
Day 3 will restart at noon tomorrow, November 17th, and will play down until 18 players remain. Coming in with the chip lead is Harpreet Singh Gill, who held his spot atop the leaderboard throughout most of Day 2. He climbed over the 1-million chip mark at the end of the night, before doubling table-opponent Joe Gualteri in the last hands of the night, and finished by bagging 993,000. Not far behind is Trevor Delaney, who ended the day with 968,000. Below is a table with the leaders at the close of the day.
Once all the numbers have been crunched, we will be releasing the full list of player-reported chip counts, as well as the seating assignments for tomorrows Day 3.
