One of the classic poker dilemmas just played out on Table 62 as during the 3rd hand of play, Dany Lavoie found himself with pocket Aces and was raised all-in by his opponent in the hand.
When you ask people, “what do you do if, in the first hand of a tournament, you’re forced to call off your entire stack preflop with AA?” the answer is surprisingly mixed. According to probabilities it’s not even a reasonable question – of course you call with such a strong holding. But when you actually ask players, the answers you get will be all over the map!
In any case, there was no dilemma for Dany, nor for his opponent, and soon all the chips were in the middle.
