GameBoy’s WPT Montreal has come to an end, and in pretty much the same manner in which it was played all along. When we arrived at the table, there was a large raise in front of Tony but Rainer Kempe has pushed all-in from the bb, obviously pretty sure that Gameboy had nothing.
Tony agonized over the decision for a good 2 minutes… and eventually made the call.

The call was good! Or, at least not bad, which is pretty much the definition of good in a spot like that.
GameBoy got up on his chair and looked down on the table – at least until he was asked to get off the furniture…
And then the board didn’t cooperate – the flop came out to move Rainer into the lead with his pair, and the and didn’t fix the problem for GameBoy.
