When faced with a late position open of 20K from Ian Tang, Karim-Olivier Kamal put his opponent to the test from the big blind by 3-betting all-in. Ian, who started the hand with roughly 200K, moved into the tank. Given the history of the last few orbits, Ian knew his opponent is most likely putting pressure on him due to hand-for-hand play, and couldn’t resist the opportunity to build a monster stack leading into the money.
