Registration has now closed in today’s 3rd of 6 starting flights in The $250 Frenzy with 166 total entries today, adding up to a cumulative total of 518 entries so far in the event. Some of the last-minute registrants today include father-and-son Peter Johnson Sr. and Jr., past runner-up in the event Tomas Larivee Magni, Thomas Lefort, Pei Wu, Carrie Webster, and Shawn Martell.
Play has begun in level 5 with no dominant early chip leader having yet emerged – but with 14 levels to be played today, there’s plenty of time for players to accumulate big stacks!
