Gregory Holley was crippled just before the final table, and as he had a stack in Day 2 of The $250 Frenzy, he gave up his remaining chips to go and play the other tournament. Unfortunately for him, he busted on the other side rather quickly and has come back to rail his last antes get blinded out (the rules stipulate that once you leave one tournament to go play another, you can’t come back). He was down to just one ante left when Fred Belanger was all-in and at risk. Fred was holding and managed to overcome the of Francois to double-up, taking away a pay jump from Gregory.
After Gregory’s elimination came the end of Simon Bissonnette-du-Cap’s tournament life, as he was taken out by table opponent Kordian Zwolinski.
Francois Graton-Valiquette came to the final table as chip leader, however after losing a few of the first pots played, he saw his stack get cut nearly in half. He then found a pair of and found a huge double-up versus the of Domenico Vessio to regain the chip lead. Domenico was left with a mere 25K behind and was knocked out on the very next hand.
