We’ve lost Antonin Duda in 8th place from this “unofficial” final table, and we are now just 1 elimination from the official televised WPT Montreal Final Table, which will play out to a champion tomorrow.
Antonin fell very short stacked early in Day 4, hitting a low of only 3bb, but he managed to recover. As players were busting around him, he remained in his seat, short stack at hand, before he finally brought it up to nearly 20bb. He saw his stack drop back down under 10 big blinds when he picked up a pocket pair of in the hole. He 3bet over the top of Ema’s open, and called off the rest when she 4bet shoved. Antonin was poised for the double up as Ema tabled , that is until a appeared on the river to eliminate him from the tournament.
