Nadir Lalji has been eliminated by Mike Sexton to bring the WPT Montreal into heads-up action.

From the small blind, Mike Sexton opened the action to 350,000, and then was forced to a decision when Nadir moved all-in for 2,200,000. Holding a pair in 3-handed poker, he opted for the call and the two players found themselves in a flip, as Nadir tabled Ace of Diamonds Queen of Hearts.

The dealer rung out the board, and with the window card showing the 8 of Clubs, it was all but over. With no help on the 8 of Clubs Jack of Hearts 3 of Clubs 4 of Spades 5 of Hearts board, Nadir shook Mike’s hand and was awarded $183,320 for his 3rd place finish.
