The tournament now begins level 13, which means there are 4 more levels left to be played today, at which time the remaining players will bag their chips to return tomorrow for the Day 2 restart.

Late registration has just closed in Event 12, and 124 players have registered in this $500 + $50 tournament, which is a part of the Montréal Poker Expo. Prize pool and payout information will be made available shortly.
Only two players have stood out so far after 4 levels of play: Andreas Kanakis currently leads the filed with a stack of 81,225, and he is followed by Jean Francois Bouchard, who has accumulated 71,700 chips so far.
We’ve just passed the 100 entry mark in Event 12, and a little over an hour remains before late registration closes.

Today at 1pm is Event 12 in the Montréal Poker Expo, a $500 + $50 NL Hold’em Freeze. It’s scheduled as a two-day event and the tournament is scheduled to play through 16 30-minute levels today.
