Introducing the Playground Poker Montreal Festival with over $1M in guaranteed prize pools!
Playground Poker Club is celebrating the end of the summer break in style with the Playground Poker Montreal Festival, which will run from August 22nd to September 3rd, 2014. The Main Event is a 4-day, $1,000 + $100 tournament with three starting flights (next-day re-entry) and a $1 Million Guarantee! In addition to the Main Event, the Playground Poker Montreal Festival will get started with Playground’s trademark Kickoff event, a $135 + $15 No Limit Hold’em Re-entry tournament with 4 starting flights and a $100,000 Guarantee!
Other highlights of the Playground Poker Montreal Festival include a $500 + $50 No Limit Hold’em Deepstack tourney which will run over three days, and, to cap off the festivities, a $185 + 15 + $100 No Limit Hold’em Bounty that is sure to pack the room! The side schedule also includes smaller buy-in tourneys during the day and at night, so the Festival has something for everyone from the first-timer to the hard-core pro!
Something new to Playground Poker is Thursday’s Satellite Day. On August 28th alone there will be three satellites in a row: a $70 + $10 Re-entry at noon, a $100 + $10 Turbo Re-entry at 4pm, and the huge $100 + $10 Re-entry “Eve of the Main Event” satellite at 8pm with a whopping 20 seats guaranteed!
Satellites to the Main Event have already been a huge success with approximately 200 seats in the Main already awarded! With at least 50 seats guaranteed to be awarded between now and Day 1a, we’ll fill the equivalent of a good-sized starting flight just with satellite winners!
