Michel Repele min-raised from early position, and was called by Ricky Montroy from middle position, and Osman J Noor from the big blind. On a flop of 9 of Hearts 3 of Clubs 8 of Hearts, Osman and Michel both checked, leaving Ricky the open door to bet. He slid 40K into the middle, and was followed by Osman. Michel then check-shoved for 119K, getting a call only from Ricky.

Daraiche takes the lead

On a board showing 3 of Spades 4 of Diamonds 5 of Clubs 9 of Diamonds 10 of Hearts, and with a few hundred thousand already in the middle, we just witnessed Steve Daraiche come over the top of Garry Lucci’s 200K river bet. Steve wagered the rest of his stack, which had Garry covered, and after a few moments, Garry let go of his hand.

“Do you want to see?” asked Steve. Garry nodded, and Steve turned over 6 of Spades 7 of Hearts for the nut straight.

With that pot, Steve moved into the chip lead, holding slightly more than 1 million in chips.
