Players have continued to be eliminated at a very fast pace – so fast that the bubble came before many players could adjust to the changed situation. Tournament staff were just about to announce hand-for-hand play when three players were eliminated to burst the bubble in one swoop… and everyone still in the event is in the money!
Once the bubble was passed there was another quick batch of eliminations as the short stacks chose to take their min cash or double, and the tournament is down to 152 runners left.
