A 6-way ICM deal closes the 50/50 Bounty

2017/07/10 - 4:02 by Playground Poker

The $150 + $30 + $150 NL Hold’em 50/50 Bounty was the final event in the July Playground Power Weekend, and featured a $30,000 guarantee which was well surpassed with the 174 entries that took place.

The top 19 players secured themselves a payout, although $150 bounty chips were awarded for every elimination that took place in the tournament. When play reached the final 6 players, they opted to look at the ICM numbers as the average stack was falling quite short. All 6 agreed to their figures and shook on the deal, bringing the 50/50 Bounty to a close. Below are the prizes awarded in the chop.

Congratulations!

As play progressed and the field slowly dwindle, her stack was hit by the blinds until she was left with only a few chips to her name.

With only 1/2 a big blind left, she moved all-in and was heads-up versys Jean Yves Demers in the big blind. She caught a pair with her Queen of Spades 8 of Clubs on the 6 of Hearts 9 of Hearts 8 of Diamonds 9 of Clubs 7 of Spades board, however she was bested by Jean Yves’ straight with Ace of Hearts 10 of Diamonds.
