The field in the 50/50 Bounty has just reached 200 players, enough to put 5 million chips in play. This Power Weekend event is living up to what we have all come to expect; huge fields, wild action and gigantic prize pools.

With 40 players hitting the rail before the first break, the early levels were typically loose and aggressive. We saw plenty of multi-way all ins and lots of huge pots, everyone came to play tonight, looking to collect as many bounties as possible on their grind to the final table.

As we enter our fifth level of play, over 190 players have joined the field in the 50/50 Bounty. 15 bounty chips have already been redistributed, meaning that some players have already discounted their buy-ins and some may even be free rolling at this early stage. There’s still plenty of time to register; players can join the action until 9:15pm.

The 50/50 Bounty has drawn a huge field, with 182 entries after only two levels of play. Late registration will be open until 9:15pm, leaving plenty of time to get in on the action. This is one you don’t want to miss!

The July Power Weekend is in full swing with another exciting event tonight, the $100 + $20 + $100 50/50 Bounty.

This no limit hold’em tournament offers a $20,000 guaranteed prize pool, and it is sure to draw a huge turnout. The ever-popular bounty format is on display again, with $100 bounty chips included with each player’s 25,000 tournament chip starting stack. Those bounty chips will be working their magic early and often tonight so expect lots of loose action, especially in the early levels. The late registration period will be open until the end of the sixth 20-minute level of play, but don’t wait until the last minute to join the action, every hand presents an potential opportunity to collect a bounty that you don’t want to miss.
