Manon Frechette has known ups and downs tonight.  In the early stages of the final table, she won a huge hand that catapulted her to the top of the leader board.  But her time with the ladies has come to an end, as all things must.

So now it’s time for heads up action between Brigitte Korak and Lucie Lee. Brigitte has approximately 1,000,000 in chips while Lucie has 500,000. Both ladies are getting ready for the duel that will crown one of them winner.

Regular Playground player Line Desjardins went all-in holding pocket 4’s.  Brigitte Korak made the call with suited queen nine.

Brigitte was rewarded with two nine’s on the flop, and sent Line Desjardins home in 4th position.

Linda was down to her last chips and went all-in with a suited King-Jack combination. Brigitte Korak called her, holding Ace-Ten.

Neither player hit on the board and Brigitte took down the pot with Ace high, sending Lynda to the rail in 5th position.

Manon Frechette’s winning streak has brought her a step ahead of all the other players. She now sits on top of 580,000 chips, just about 35% of the total chips on the table.
