So Celine hits trips and sends Emilie Gray home. In doing so Celine is the happy winner of a seat for the Ladies Event on November 3rd, in the upcoming WPT Montreal festival. Congratulations Celine!
We thought it would be nice to shine a little light on the gracious men, helping things along in the Women’s Event.
We caught our dealers on film, as the ladies try to make them feel “special” and appreciated.
The 40 ladies in the Women’s Event went on a short break. This gave us the opportunity to go see where the chips were.
We set the bar at 60,000 chips to make it to the leader board. Sure enough there were quite a few stacks that qualified.
Lucie Lee is in the lead with 71,200 chips, but her lead is slight and we’ll keep an eye out on the leaders because this is far from over.

After 3 levels, none of the ladies have been eliminated. The play is strong but controlled; every woman here wants to win this, no doubt about it.
