A lot has happened in a short time in the 50/50 Bounty tournament while we were covering the Women’s Event. Quite a few players have been eliminated from the final table. Hadi Bechara finished in 9th position with $360 and Walid Otaki finished in 8th position with $480

In record time the players went down from 22 players to the final table. The action was swift and precise, with bounties being won at a steady rate.

After a few minutes of hand-for-hand with 23 players left, the bubble has been eliminated. The remaining 22 players are in the money.
We took the opportunity to survey the stacks during the break after level 17. Hadi Bechara continues to know a decent run tonight. He sits on top of the leader board with 420,000 chips. There are only two other players above 300K, so Hadi is sitting on a nice lead.
It’s interesting to note that all the players on the leader board are seated at the same table.
