At Playground Poker Club, there is an important stop to consider before the WPT train comes to town: the October Power Weekend! This edition of the Power Weekend encompasses everything that we love about them: a Tag Team event, the flagship Playground 200, and a couple of invitational tournaments!
- Event 2: Playground 200 – $200 + $20 – $100K Guaranteed
This tournament has truly made a name for itself. Many think that the Playground 200’s popularity stems from its perfect buy-in/guarantee ratio. In any case, it has a life of its own, bringing vast numbers together with every edition. The Playground 200 is a 3-day event, and you can play as many starting flights as you wish between an online Day 1 (Sunday, September 30 at 4PM) and 3 live Day 1s (Wednesday, October 3 to Friday, October 5 at 7PM).
- Event 10: Tag Team – $300 + $30 (per team) – $30K Guaranteed
Sunday, October 7 at 12PM
Poker is an individual affair, until the Tag Team event comes along! This is some of the most fun you will have playing cards. The tournament starts with every player managing their own stack for a duration of 6 levels, after which both stacks (if both still exist) merge and team members start playing alternate levels. Team up!
*A single team member is required to complete the registration for the entire team.
