The Tournament Director has just made his introductory announcements and with that task completed, cards are in the air for this third of four starting flights in Event 1 of the TonyBet Winter Festival. The first two flights ran yesterday and saw a total of 512 entries with 116 entries so far having qualified for Day 2.
The trend in these events is for the Saturday flights to attract quite a few more entries than the ones run on the Friday, and so far that trend looks to be continuing. With just a few minutes of level 1 behind us there are already 181 players at the tables with more arriving every minute.
Late registration is open until 1:10pm today – the end of the break following level 4 – so there’s still lots of time to make your way to Playground Poker Club and join in the fun!
