We are now in the final level of play for Day 1b of Event 1, and the players remaining at the completion of this level will bag and tag their chips onto Day 2. There are still two more flights in this event, with Day 1c and Day 1d set for tomorrow, at 11:00am and 7:30pm respectively. With a total of 665 entries so far, we can expect to see this number to nearly double tomorrow, creating one impressive prizepool for a tournament of this buy-in!

Level 8 is underway, and the field has dropped down to 247 players. After this 30-minute level, the players will go on a short break, during which we will be bringing you the current leaderboard. Players will have 5 more levels to complete after this break before bagging their chips onto Day 2.

We are mid-way through level 6 in this second flight of Event 1, and we’ve lost around a quarter of tonights field so far. That brings the average up to 27K, but a number of players have grown stacks much larger than this. Play will continue until the end of level 13, after which the remaining players will bag and tag their chips onto Day 2.

With level 5 now underway, late registration has closed on this Day 1b, and we saw a total of 396 players register for this flight. That brings our total for Event 1 up to 655, with still two more flights to come tomorrow!

Be sure not to miss what will certainly be a huge prizepool! Day 1c is at 11:00am tomorrow, and Day 1d is set for 7:30pm .

Day 1b of Event 1 is completing it’s third level of the night, and registration has climbed up to 383 players! There is still around 45 minutes left before late registration closes, so it’s not too late to make your way down here to participate in this huge field event!

Event 1, a $135 + $15 No Limit Hold’em tournament boasting a massive guaranteed prizepool of $100K, is about to resume action with it’s second of four starting flights set to start momentarily. Players are already swarming into the tournament hall here at Playground Poker Club to take their seats, and so far the registration is up to 222 players. Late registration will remain open until the end of the first break, or approximately 9:45pm.

There will be two more flights for this opening event, with Day 1c scheduled at 11:00am tomorrow, and Day 1d at 7:30pm.
