With 19 players remaining, the Deepstack Turbo is down to its last two tables. Today’s starting field of 91 players has been quickly reduced (it’s a turbo!) to the final 19, after less than five hours of play.
The blinds are creeping up on the average stacks, who are now playing roughly 15 big blinds. This means that the margin for error is now razor thin, putting someone all in on virtually every hand.
Although most players aren’t particularly deep at this stage, the bubble is on the horizon as we are only seven places away from the money so expect everyone to dig in and wait for the best possible spot.
