The field is shrinking quickly because the players are putting their bounty chips to good use so far in Event #4.
A hand that just played out shows how quickly the chips are going in the middle. With the blinds at 400/800, Kiril Martinov opened the action from early position to 2,500. Rapheal Ohayon, immediately to his left, made the call before the action was folded to James Reinhart who moved all-in for 13,725. This type of move would take down the pot in a normal tournament, but with a $100.00 bounty chip in play the all-in only served as enticement for Reinhart’s opponents, who each covered Reinhart and moved all-in.
The three-way all-in revealed strong hole cards for all involved; for Martinov, for Ohayon and for Reinhart. In the end, everyone made a full house thanks to the runout of , but the best hand stood and Reinhart tripled up his stack. Ohayon took down the side pot and scooped Martinov’s bounty in the process.
