Robert Ouellette is runnning hot and scooping bounties at an incredible pace. Ouellette has held one of the larger stacks in the field since the early levels and he shows no signs of slowing down, if anything, he is still picking up steam.

As we entered the twelfth level of play tonight, Ouellette found himself involved in a dramatic 4-way all-in. Two players had moved all-in before the flop and were called by both Ouellette and his neighbour, who were both playing large stacks. When the flop fell King of Spades 4 of Clubs 10 of Hearts, Ouellete was the first to act and moved all in. His shove drew a quick call, creating another side pot, and hands were tabled. Ouellette held Ace of Diamonds King of Diamonds and was up against King of Clubs Jack of Hearts, 7 of Spades 9 of Hearts and Queen of Diamonds 10 of Diamonds. The turn and river, 5 of Clubs and 5 of Spades, offered no help for Ouellette’s opponents, letting him take down a six-figure pot and three bounty chips in the process.

One exasperated player who was eliminated in that hand couldn’t help but ask the question “how do you always have a hand?!” Ouellette smiled, turned his palms up and replied “it’s my night!”

Ouellette now holds a comfortable chip lead on the field, with a stack approaching 500K.
