The March Power Weekend finishes tonight with the $200 + $30 + $100 NL Hold’em 6-Max Bounty.
This series has been a great success: Every tournament has brought out large fields and the prize pools have grown far beyond their guarantees. Tonight’s closing event offers a few key variations on last night’s 50/50 Bounty; it offers a bigger prize pool guarantee-$30,000.00-and fewer players at each table. Rather than a 50/50, tonight’s buy-in, $200 + $30 + $100, will put more money into the prize pool and the $100 bounty chips will still be in play. Also, no rubbing elbows with your neighbour, it’s a 6-max!
The action has just started and there are already 71 players in their seats so it looks like this one is on pace to smash the guarantee. Late registration is open until 8:30pm so there’s still plenty of time to join.
