The tournament floor has just announced “dealers, shuffle up and deal“, players are in their seats and the action has started.  Players are steadily trickling in minute by minute, we now have 27 players here and expect these numbers to keep growing over the next few hours.

Action is sure to be exciting as players are trying to knock each other out in order to pick up a $25 bounty chip.  There is plenty of time to get here as late registration is open until 2:15 PM and the roads have now cleared up. There are unlimited re-entries permitted until the 1st break, so, if the poker gods aren’t kind to you early on, there will be plenty of opportunities to get back into the action and take part in the $5,000 guaranteed pool.

This afternoon’s event in the February 2019 Playground Power Weekend is a $100 + $10 + $25 NL Hold’em Bounty Re-entry tournament with a tidy $5,000 guaranteed prize pool. Note that the guarantee in any bounty event includes both the “normal” prize pool and the money represented by players’ Bounty chips, each of which is worth $25 for this event.

Players will start with 20,000 in tournament chips and play through 20 minute levels until a champion is crowned. Late registration is available through the end of the break following level 6 – which is to say, until 2:15pm. During this period, new players may enter and existing players may re-enter – but once the late registration is over, the tournament becomes a freezeout and will continue until just one player remains.
