With just over 10BB to his name, Glen Hammers moved in from the button, and found a call from Gerald Macleod from the small blind.

Glen couldn’t find help on the board, and exited Event 3 in 6th place. The 5 remaining players are now guaranteed a payday of 5 figures, and Gerald Macleod currently holds the lead with around 6,500,000.

We just saw a huge hand occur on this final table, as Jimmy Setna (1,300,000) moved in from the cutoff, followed by an all-in from Ko Maddock (2,300,000) on the button. Senthuran Vijayaratnam, who had them both well covered, woke up with a monster in the small blind, and made the call.

Senthuran had the chance to bring this tournament down to 4 players, and take over the massive chip lead, but he failed to improve his hand on the , and payed the two short stacks off. He still has around 5,600,000 behind.

Gerald Macleod moved in from the button for 2,075,000, putting Randy Khalil into the tank. After a moment of silence, he announced the call, but found himself far behind.

The board changed nothing, reducing Randy’s stack to around 2 million.

Richard Figiel was eliminated shortly after the break, ending his deep run in 8th place, good for $4,740.

A few hands later, Frederic Mercier was auto-all-in from the big blind, as his stack dwindled to just 1BB. Jimmy Setna limped in from early position, but folded once Randy Khalil made it a flat 1 million from the small blind.

Frederic tried to grind his way to a win, but was blinded out in 7th place. He still collected $6,690 for his efforts.

Nick Petsas was in the big blind facing a raise of 325,000 from Gerald Macleod when he elected to move all-in for 1,505,000. Gerald made the call, and the two players tabled their hands.

Nick was drawing to a number of outs when the turn gave him an open-ended straight draw, and a flush draw, but the blank river on the board brought us down to 8 players.

9th place: Nick Petsas – $3,590

Frederic Mercier seems to be a short-stack specialist, as he’s been grinding his short-stack this entire Day 3. He recently doubled his 2BB stack versus Randy Khalil in a battle of the blinds, and then found himself all-in in a three way pot versus Randy Khalil and Senthuran Vijayaratnam. The two chip leaders checked it down until showdown, where Frederic’s was best on a board, beating Randy’s and Senthuran’s . He is now a little over the 1,500,000 mark, which is the wealthiest he’s been all tournament!

After seeing a decent portion of his overwhelming chiplead get shipped here and there, Randy Khalil has bounced back on this final table of The $250 Frenzy to find himself once again on top of the leaderboard.

He is currently sitting on roughly 4,800,000, which doubles the average stack. Senthuran Vijayaratnam is second in chips, holding a stack just shy of 4,000,000.

Chris McClung, better known by his online surname “D0r1t0s”, is our first casualty on this final table of The $250 Frenzy. His stack was crippled to 35,000 as he called the button-shove of Glen Hammers from the big blind, and lost with versus the of Glen on a . He managed to rebuild it a little, running it up to 235,000 after winning one all-in, and chopping another, before finding himself all-in again, this time versus Ko Maddock. Chris’  was however crushed by the of Ko Maddock on a board, sending him to the cashiers in 10th place.
