On the back of the dealer chairs, you will notice a set of LED lights that are used for various reasons to communicate with the rest of the staff. The yellow light means a waitress is being called, the red light is used to call the floor over in emergency situations, and the green one is to signal a player has been eliminated. Since the money has bubble has burst here in Event 3, we’ve seen green lights being turned on left and right, as numerous players have recently been eliminated. This is often the case following the money-bubble, as some players become very passive leading up to the money, to assure they don’t walk out empty handed, and this results in many short stacks being created. Once the tournament falls into the money, these players are relieved of some pressure and open up their game dramatically.
