Attendance has reached 40 players so far in Event 9 of the Playground Poker Spring Classic, and late registration is still available for a few more minutes (until 9:55pm).

Event 9 has just started, and although attendance is a little low at the moment, we are expecting many more to show during the late registration period, which will remain open until roughly 9:55pm. At the moment, only 16 players have taken their seats, making this a great opportunity to try and score a Playground Poker Spring Classic bracelet!

In a few moments, players will be taking their seats to participate in Event 9 of the Playground Poker Spring Classic. This is a new formula for us here at Playground, as it is a mixed tournament, where rounds will alternate between Pot Limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha. Players are familiar with PLO, however PLHE is not something that everyone has had the chance to experiment with. It should be interesting to see the dynamics of the action on the tables!
The cards will be in the air at 8pm sharp, and late registration will remain open through the first 5 levels and the first break, or roughly 9:55pm. Action will begin with Pot Limit Hold’em, and then switch at every level. Given the pot limit formula, there will be no antes throughout this event.
