As we alluded to earlier, the beginning of a Day 2 in an event such as this one is quite volatile, with early eliminations coming at a very rapid pace. Several players have taken advantage of this volatility and have managed to chip up significantly in the early going.
- Michael Malm started the night with under 150K but now is playing over 320K
- Maxime Theroux has built up his stack to over 350K after starting with just 195K
- Tanvir Ahmed started with 167K and is now playing well over 300K
- Mathieu Boulanger-Vaugeois began with a healthy 285K but has grown that to over 350K
The next break is in just under an hour during which we’ll put together a full leaderboard – though by then, there are certain to be several players with over 500K in play.
