    Daniel Hughes

Ian Pierre Rivero limped from late position, and Brian Morgan completed his small blind. Daniel Hughes then threw in his bounty chip from the big blind, and slid forward his stack worth 124,000. Ian made the call, while Brian tossed his cards into the muck.

Ian: 9 of Hearts 10 of Clubs
Daniel: King of Spades Queen of Spades

Ian ran a flush on the 2 of Clubs Jack of Diamonds King of Clubs 5 of Clubs 4 of Clubs to win himself a 4th bounty chip, while Daniel was eliminated in 8th place. He was the player with the most Bounty chips to date, and cashed $5,000 just in bounties!

    8th place: Daniel Hughes – $2,500.00 (+10 bounty chips)

    Miltiadis Mavrigiannakis

Miltiadis Mavrigiannakis was able to double up his stack once early on this final table, but even with that win he was still on the shorter end of the leaderboard.

He eventually squeezed all-in for 143,000 after an early position open to 40,000 from David, and a flat call from Ian Pierre. David isolated by 4betting all-in, bringing the hand down to heads-up.

David: 6 of Diamonds 6 of Hearts
Miltiadis: Ace of Hearts Queen of Clubs

David setted up on the 2 of Spades 9 of Diamonds 6 of Clubs 10 of Spades Jack of Spades board to earn himself another $500 bounty chip, bringing the field down to 8 players.

    9th place: Miltiadis Mavrigiannakis – $2,000.00 (+ 4 Bounty chips)

Back-to-back Kings puts Cormier in the lead; Poirier exits in 10th

    Sebastien Poirier

Jeffrey Cormier just won back-to-back pots, both times holding pocket Kings. The pot was kept rather small in the first hand, however on the second hand he won a pot worth over 1 million.

He limped from under the gun +1, and Sebastien Poirier raised to 40,000 next to act. Both Ian and Bob came along from the blinds, and then Jeffrey threw in his bounty chip – putting him all-in. Sebastien quickly threw in a bounty chip, and the two blind men got out of the way.

Jeffrey: King of Clubs King of Diamonds
Sebastien: Queen of Spades Queen of Diamonds

Board: 4 of Clubs 5 of Diamonds 9 of Hearts 10 of Clubs Jack of Clubs

Jeffrey let out a scream of excitement, and slid forward 467,000 chips to be doubled up. He now breached the 1 million chip mark, while Sebastien was left with under 50,000.

On the very next hand, Sebastien was all-in versus Jeffrey and Brian, who checked-it down to the river. Brian made a pair on the board which was enough to score him the knockout.

    10th place: Sebastien Poirier – $1,600.00 (+ 4 bounty chips)

David Whalen just added a few stacks of chips to his holdings, as well as 2 bounty chips, as he knocked two opponents out in back-to-back hands.

In the first hand, David flopped the nut flush with Ace of Hearts Queen of Hearts to crack the King of Spades King of Clubs of Paul Piercey, and on the very next hand he was in the big blind with Ace of Diamonds Ace of Hearts when short-stacked Kalpesh Raichura shoved with 5 of Clubs 5 of Spades.

    12th place: Kalpesh Raichura – $1,400.00

Hand-for-hand lasted for over a level, and was moving forward at a very slow pace. At some point players decided to pay an extra spot just to get the game moving, as the time kept rolling while the play was stagnant. They each took $50 out of their pocket to award to the eventual 19th place finisher.

It was finally Ron Farber who was eliminated in 19th place, and he received the $950 cash prize put aside. Ron limped from under the gun, as did Kalpesh Raichura from late position, and Bob squeezed all-in from the big blind for around 10bb. Ron made the call with his final 6bb, and the two were heads-up in the hand.

Bob tabled Queen of Hearts 10 of Hearts, and was trailing the King of Clubs Queen of Clubs of Ron, however that all changed when the dealer rung out a Ace of Hearts Ace of Spades 10 of Spades 3 of Hearts 3 of Spades board to give Bob the higher two-pair – who was excited to earn his first bounty chip in the tournament so far.

Here are the final two tables, as players are now officially in the money.

The $500 + $100 + $500 Bounty Event is down to 19 players, 1 away from being in the money, and play is now hand-for-hand.

Daniel Hughes continues to sit atop the leaderboard, and he just added a 10th bounty chip to his collection by eliminating short-stacked Dgianni Di-Re with Ace of Hearts Ace of Diamonds over Queen of Spades Queen of Clubs. He now holds over 550,000 to his name.

Andrew Boujaoude is in a comfortable 2nd place with a little over 400,000, and rounding up the top 5 are Brian Morgan, David Whalen and Ian Pierre Rivero who all sit north of 300,000.
