Brian Altman has been the first player eliminated on Day 4 of the WPT Canadian Spring Championship.
The chips were all-in preflop and we learned that Brian was playing the while Scott McMorran (to his immediate right) held .
Brian hit a king on the flop of to take the lead, but his advantage was erased on the turn, and the was no help on the river.
Scott has vaulted to among the chip leaders if not the outright chip lead.
Just a couple of hands later, Ronald Laplante was eliminated by Ruben Perceval. Ronald had doubled Josue earlier but had managed to regain most of those chips but was still one of the relative short stacks in the tournament when his elimination came.
