Alexander Keating was crippled shortly before hand-for-hand began, after his King of Hearts Jack of Hearts was bested by King of Spades King of Diamonds. He was left with only 30,000 chips, which went in to the middle during the first hand on the bubble. Richard Alsup isolated him next to act by moving all-in himself, and the rest of the table got out of the way.

Alexander: Ace of Hearts 10 of Clubs
Richard: Ace of Spades Queen of Hearts

Both players flopped two-pairs, but Richard ended up scooping the pot on the Queen of Clubs Ace of Diamonds 10 of Hearts 2 of Diamonds Queen of Spades board to bring the field into the money.

The remainder of the field is now guaranteed at a payout of at least $11,400, much to the content of Darryll Fish, who was sitting with under 3 big blinds when hand-for-hand started.

When the flop came down 7 of Diamonds 5 of Hearts 5 of Clubs, Ryan bet 800. Both Israel and Eric folded, and Rabeh called. When the King of Spades was revealed on the turn, Rabeh wagered 900 and Ryan called.  The Jack of Diamonds was dealt on the river and Rabeh pushed harder, betting 1,400. Ryan called, and Rabeh was forced to reveal his bluff, 6 of Hearts 9 of Spades. Ryan was holding 9 of Hearts 9 of Spades and won the pot with two pair.

Andrew Macdonald has had an excellent start to his Day 3. He came in with 384,000 in chips, and has managed to increase his stack to nearly 1,300,000 in just one level of play.

In the most recent hand, he placed a small raise from under the gun, and was followed by Alexander Dejuante on the button before David Baba 3-bet all-in from the big blind for around 150,000. Andrew made the call, and then quickly called when Alexander moved in over the top for around 300,000 total, putting both players at risk.

Jason Mandanici-Turcot was just eliminated from the Main Event in an inevitable cooler. He clashed with Harpreet Padda on the turn of a 7 of Spades 3 of Hearts 4 of Spades 8 of Clubs board, where the majority of the 600,000 pot was formed, only for find out that his flopped top set was second best to Harpreet’s turned set.

Once the all-in occurred, Jason tabled 7 of Clubs 7 of Diamonds and was down to just one out to keep his seat in the Main Event, as Harpreet was holding 8 of Spades 8 of Diamonds. As the river Jack of Hearts was a blank, Jason was sent to the rail 10 spots shy of the payouts.

The Action clock is now being introduced into play.
