With virtually even stacks, Nghi Van Tran and David Guay found themselves all-in against one another on the turn of a 7 of Spades 6 of Clubs King of Hearts 10 of Clubs board.

David was the big favourite, holding a set with 7 of Hearts 7 of Diamonds, and only had 4 straight outs to dodge, as Nghi Van tabled 10 of Diamonds 9 of Spades. The 3 of Clubs sealed the deal for David, who slid forward 320,000 to be doubled. He now holds 780,000 in chips, while Nghi Van’s remaining 25,000 chips vanished on the next hand.
