The PLO event is almost down to the last 2 tables, as 17 remain in the field. We came across a hand that featured 3 hands all-in pre-flop:

Colin Mchugh: King of Clubs Queen of Clubs Queen of Diamonds 9 of Diamonds
Jean-Serge Baril: Ace of Diamonds Ace of Spades 6 of Spades 5 of Clubs
Gino Frenette: King of Spades King of Hearts 10 of Diamonds 3 of Hearts

Flop: Queen of Hearts 3 of Diamonds 3 of Clubs

Mchugh looked really good on the flop with a queens full and facing very few outs, but the runout favoured Baril:

Ace of Hearts 4 of Clubs

Baril crippled Mchugh and took out Frenette.

The PLO event took its 3rd break of the night. The gap between the leading pack and the players holding by a thread is increasing by the minute, as our leaders do a very good job at keeping the pressure on.

    here’s our actual top 3:

    A 3-way showdown

    • Level: 10
    • Small Blind: 800
    • Big Blind: 1.6K
    • BB Ante: 0
    • Chip Average: 65K
    • Remaining: 48
    • Entries: 104

    2018/11/04 | 18:17 by Jôle Simard

Three players went all-in on the flop, creating a monster pot.

Gino Frenette: 5 of Clubs 5 of Hearts 4 of Hearts 3 of Hearts
Fouad Akli: Ace of Clubs Ace of Diamonds 7 of Diamonds 5 of Diamonds
Kayvan Payman: Ace of Spades Queen of Spades King of Clubs Jack of Diamonds

Board: Queen of Hearts 6 of Spades 5 of Spades

Frenette looked like a large favourite, but in PLO, there is no such thing. So far he needed to dodge an ace or a spade, but there were a plethora of dangerous turns.

The 10 of Clubs was one of them. His opponents’ combined outs were now 1 ace, 9 spades, plus 3 non-spade jacks.

    River: 10 of Hearts

Clean. Ship the 125K pot, please – must have thought Frenette.

    Gino Frenette
    Kayvan Payman
    Fouad Akli
