Event 14 in the Playground Poker Spring Classic, presented by partypoker.net was a $300 + $30 No Limit Hold’em Freezeout Event. The tournament began on May 4th, 2015 at 7:30pm, and was a one-day event. There were a total of 100 players in the tournament, adding up to a total prize pool of $29,100.00. Event 14 Champion: Roman Ouvarov
It took 10 full hours to play out, but by the end of the tournament, one player emerged as the champion of Event 14 in the partypoker.net Playground Poker Spring Classic – Roman Ouvarov! In winning the event, Roman managed to outlast an experienced field of visitors and locals alike. Roman won $7,500.00 and the Spring Classic Champion’s bracelet for his efforts in the tournament!

There were 85 players in the tournament and play on Day 1 continued through 16 45 minute levels. At the end of the evening, 19 players remained in contention for the $123,675.00 total prize pool. The top 9 players will be paid in the event.

The clock has almost run out here in Day 1 of the Second Chance Event, and our TD has just announced the last 4 hands of the night. Once all tables have completed these final hands, the remaining players will bag and tag their chips onto Day 2, which is scheduled for 1pm tomorrow afternoon.
Shortly after all players have bagged, we will be publishing the full list of player-reported chips counts, as well as the official seating assignments for Day 2.

Registration just closed in Event 14, and a total of 100 players made their way down to Canada’s premier poker destination to try and win themselves a Playground Poker Spring Classic bracelet, and of course the cash prize that accompanies it.
