Last two levels of play
With the clock running out here in level 11, only two more full levels remain before the surviving players bag and tag their chips onto Day 2. For the time being, it’s Isham Yamani that leads the field, holding a stack just shy of 200,000. Interestingly enough, Khaled Salem is sitting just across the table from him, holding a second place stack of roughly 175,000. With just over an hour left to play, we should see a number of players catch up and surpass these two, as play generally opens up in the last levels of a starting flight.
Those who have not had the chance to qualify for Day 2 will have two more chances, as Day 1C is on Monday at 7pm, and Day 1D on Tuesday at 7pm.

Level 10
This second flight of Event 1 has reached level ten, and the night is winding down. More than half the field is already gone, and we can expect to see a number of eliminations in the last levels of the day. Anyone who was unfortunate enough to have been eliminated so far will be able to try again in the subsequent flights, as this tournament does allow multiple re-entries (on different flights only).

Second break
Eight levels have come and gone here in Day 1B, and the players are just finishing up their last break of the night. Only 5 levels remain tonight, and therefore the night should end around 2am, give or take a few minutes for the bagging process.
We took this time to find our current chip leaders, and here they are:
- Michel Bergeron – 106,000
- Chico Amorelli – 104,500
- Jeff Porter – 97,000
- Behrooz Salemi – 89,000
Update level 7
We’ve just passed the half way mark here in Day 1B of the Wild $150, and a number of players are starting to separate themselves from the field by building some already impressive stacks. There will be a break after level 8, during which we will update the leaderboard.

204 participate in Day 1B
Registration is now closed for Day 1B of the Wild $150, and this flight saw a total of 204 players take their seats. This brings the total entries up to 502 after two flights, with two more flights still to go.
Only three players have breached the 50,000 mark, and they sit atop the leaderboard after 4 levels:
- Jean Guy Pare – 57,000
- Siamak Soleimanian – 53,000
- Ghislain Soucy – 52,500
After 4 levels
We’ve just about completed the first 4 levels of tonights Day 1B, which means late registration is minutes away from closing. The board is currently showing 195 entries for tonights flight, a few of which have already been eliminated.
