Shortly after the break, Michael Addamo open-shoved his 20bb stack from the button with Ace of Clubs 9 of Spades, finding a call from Mike McDonald with Ace of Diamonds Queen of Spades in the big blind. Michael found no help on the 3 of Diamonds Jack of Diamonds 4 of Diamonds 8 of Clubs 5 of Spades board and was sent to the rail in 10th place.

The final table of the High Roller is now set, and the line-up is listed below. Payouts are reserved for the top 6, with a $200,000 top prize.

Hall can’t squeeze by Galland

2017/05/05 - 17:58 by Playground Poker

Cate Hall

Moments after finding a double-up to nearly 300K with Queen of Hearts Queen of Diamonds over the 8 of Spades 8 of Diamonds of Benoit Galland, Cate Hall found herself all-in and at risk once again versus Benoit.

Benoit opened to 23K from the cutoff, and Sorel Mizzi flat called from the button before Cate Hall squeezed all-in from the small blind. After asking for a count, Benoit moved all-in over the top of the 275K bet, prompting Sorel to throw his cards into the muck.

Cate: Ace of Spades 5 of Spades
Benoit: Jack of Diamonds Jack of Hearts

With no improvement on the 10 of Spades 8 of Diamonds 7 of Hearts Queen of Hearts 6 of Diamonds, Cate was eliminated in 11th place as the High Roller nears the final table.

Five players have been eliminated since the 16 player re-draw in the partypoker LIVE $10,000 + $300 High Roller. Sinan Tawfik was the first to go, and he was followed shortly by Sam Trickett, Francois Safieddine, Mark Radoja and Alexander Turyansky.

Sinan was short stacked when he shoved with King of Hearts 2 of Hearts, and he failed to improve over the Ace of Clubs 4 of Clubs of Jason Koon, who collected the rest of his chips.

Sam opened to 13K from early position and went heads-up to the flop versus Mike McDonald in the big blind.
Both players checked the 6 of Clubs 9 of Clubs King of Clubs flop, and when the Ace of Spades came on the turn, Mike check-called a bet of 10K. On a 2 of Diamonds river, Mike checked for a third time in a row and Sam fired a bet of 19K, leaving 76.5K behind. Mike slid forward a stack of orange 25K chips, enough to put his opponent all-in, and Sam quickly committed the rest of his chips.
Mike tabled Ace of Clubs 7 of Clubs for the flopped flush, while Sam tabled a second-best top set with King of Spades King of Diamonds, spelling his elimination.

In Francois’ elimination hand, he opened to 14K from early position, and called the 43K 3-bet of Roberto Romanello in the blinds. Roberto checked-called a bet on the 2 of Hearts 8 of Spades Jack of Clubs flop, and then check-called Francois’ all-in on a 3 of Diamonds turn. Roberto tabled Queen of Hearts Queen of Diamonds and had Francois and his 5 of Spades 7 of Spades drawing dead. The 9 of Clubs river was dealt as a formality as Francois was saying his goodbyes.

We missed Mark’s elimination hand, however when we arrived at the table we saw that Jason was stacking the rest of Mark’s chips. Alexander was later eliminated by Caitlin Hall on the other table.
