The Live starting flights of the partypoker LIVE Grand Prix Canada don’t get underway until Tuesday, but in fact the tournament is already on – it started on February 12th with the first Online Day 1 on partypoker! So far there have been 10 Day 1s and the next one will be held tonight on partypoker at 9:00pm.
This is the last of the weekly Sunday Day 1s – but not the last online Day 1. These will continue daily at 9:00pm until Saturday April 29th. Live Day 1s start on Tuesday April 25th with two per day until Saturday, when there will be a third added to the schedule.
There is an advantage to playing a Day 1 online – the first hundred players to qualify online will all win a “Golden Chip” and participate in a $20,000 last longer including only other online winners. There are currently 62 golden chips remaining
