It only took a few quick hands on the final table of the Grand Prix Canada to see our first casualty.

Emmanuel Kyrkinis opened to 525,000 from late position, and Kevin Zeidler made the call from the hijack position. Joel Sheres completed from the big blind, and action went 3-handed to the flop.

With showing, Joel open-shoved his 2,325,000 stack first to act. Emmanuel mucked his hand, but Kevin connected enough to make the call.

With the most recent elimination of Timothy Deering, the partypoker LIVE Grand Prix Canada has now reached the 10-handed final table. Cassidy Battikha leads the final 10 with nearly 15.5 million in chips, but right on his tail are Kevin Zeidler (14 million) and Mike Leah (12 million). Mike and Kevin are the two remaining players with a Golden Chip, and are in a heads-up race for a $20,000 bonus!
