Xuan Liu saw her stack drop down to almost 2 million when she got her last chips in from the big blind. Her all-in was matched by two opponents, however some aggressive betting by Niall Farrel on both the flop and the turn reduced the hand to heads-up before the river was dealt.

The board was showing when the players were asked to open up, and Niall tabled for a pair of tens, while Xuan showed down for an open-ended straight draw and 1 over-card. Although Xuan was her usual calm and cool self on the outside, she was likely cheering for one of her 11 outs to hit the river in her head. Unfortunately for her, the river was a , spelling her elimination in 71st place for $20,000.
