We have just lost our first player on the final table of Event 2 – NLHE Shootout, as Johnny Benehoustos was sent to the cashiers to collect his prize of $350.

Round 1 of Event 2 – No Limit Hold’em Shootout – has been completed, and we now have our final table of 10 players! Here they are:

There will be a seating redraw at 18 players, and Day 2 will end either at the end of level 29, or when a final table of 9 is reached, whichever comes first.
Event 2, our $135 + $15 No Limit Hold’em Shootout, is nearing it’s final table, as only a few tables remain in action, most of which are 3 handed or less.

We’ve just begun level 24 here in Day 2 of Event 1, and the field has dropped down to 59 players. There are 5 levels of 40 minutes left to play today, after which the remaining players will bag and tag their chip onto Day 3.

We are back from another short break, and play is resuming in level 22 with 91 players remaining. We took a walk around the room, and here are the biggest stacks we came across:
Round 1 of Event 2 is underway, which is a Shootout format. There are 10 tables of 10 players, and the winner of each table moves on to the final table, at which point everyone will be in the money.

Once the bubble burst, we saw a number of players quickly make their way to the cashier, as many of the players that fell short stacked before the bubble burst were left with little room to manoeuvre.
