The $150 + $30 + $150 50/50 Bounty was the last event of the 7th anniversary week-end. The tournament attracted 152 players, and a very nice prize pool was built. Heads up play between Goose S and Hrair Yapoudjian started off as a lopsided affair - Hrair had about a 5:1 chip lead at the outset. But within a single level of play, Goose had turned the tables and it was he who had the advantage. The Playground 500 was the marquee event of the 7th anniversary week-end. It featured a $250,000 guarantee, which was easily surpassed by the 562 entries that took part in the tournament. The online Day 1 had already sent 7 players to the qualifiers list when the live portion of the event started on Friday with Day 1A.
