The two final tournaments being hosted to help celebrate the Playground Poker Club 7 Year Anniversary are both Bounty tournaments. Starting at 11am today is a $90 + $10 + $25 NL Hold’em Bounty and then tonight at 7:00pm is a fantastic $150 + $30 + $150 NL Hold’em 6-Max 50/50 Bounty event.
The daytime event has a $5,000 prize pool guarantee (including bounty chips, as always) and players will start with 20K in chips and play through 20 minute levels all the way to the end of the tournament later this evening. This is a time-honoured format that has always been popular at Playground Poker Club and goes back to the very founding days here at Playground. In fact, the very first event with this format was held here on January 31st, 2010.
Action gets underway at 11:00am and registration will be open until 12:30pm so there’s plenty of time for late-comers to join in the event.
