This is the final starting flight in the event, and as play has moved into level 7, there is just this level, the next level, and the break following during which players can enter or re-enter the event.
A few experienced players are taking advantage of the structure and we’ve seen experienced players like Mike Leah, Ruben Perceval, Gary Lucci, and Debra Ann Holman among the recent re-entries.
For these players, there is no other goal at this point in the tournament but to build as big a possible stack to take to Day 2 – and the prize pool keeps going up as a result!
