The second of 4 starting flights to the Strangers in the Night Event has just begun, and late registration will remain open through until the end of the first break at 9:15pm. Day 1A, which took place this afternoon, attracted 64 entries of which 12 are still currently in play with just under 2 levels to go before bagging.
This event features a $75,000 guarantee which, at the moment, is far from being covered – however some of the bigger flights are still to come. So far there are already 54 players registered in Day 1B at the start of level 1 with still over 2 hours left before registration closes.
The $25 tournament fee of every $125 + $25 buy-in will be given as a charity contribution to help support the Strangers in the Night charity initiative.
Two more flights are scheduled tomorrow, with Day 1C at 12pm and Day 1D at 7pm, and Sunday will see all the Day 2 players united under one roof. The conclusion of the event will take place on Day 3, scheduled at 7
pm on Monday evening.
